Red Flags and Roses – Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Red Flags and Roses box, but as all of our products are special edition and one-off items, please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before purchasing.

📦 Returns

  • We do not accept returns for subscription boxes or one-off purchases.

  • As all items are limited edition and specially curated, returns for change of mind, duplicate orders, or non-collection of parcels cannot be accommodated.

💸 Refunds

  • All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued unless required under UK consumer law.

  • Red Flags and Roses does not typically offer refunds. However, in rare cases of significant damage, you may contact info@redflagsandroses.co.uk and we’ll review the issue.

  • If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your parcel and it is returned to us, no refund will be issued.

🔎 Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please provide:

    • Clear photos of the damage/fault

    • A brief description of the issue

  • Each claim is reviewed individually in line with our Damage Criteria and UK consumer law.

  • Where appropriate, a replacement may be offered at our discretion.

  • Our Damage Criteria may be updated from time to time, and by purchasing or subscribing you agree to these terms.
