We want you to love your Red Flags and Roses box, but as all of our products are special edition and one-off items, please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before purchasing.
📦 Returns

We do not accept returns for subscription boxes or one-off purchases.

As all items are limited edition and specially curated, returns for change of mind, duplicate orders, or non-collection of parcels cannot be accommodated.
💸 Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued unless required under UK consumer law.

Red Flags and Roses does not typically offer refunds. However, in rare cases of significant damage, you may contact info@redflagsandroses.co.uk and we’ll review the issue.

If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your parcel and it is returned to us, no refund will be issued.
🔎 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Each claim is reviewed individually in line with our Damage Criteria and UK consumer law.
