Red Flags and Roses – Subscription Terms
1. Skipping and Cancelling
1.1 Skipping Renewals
You may skip an upcoming renewal by logging into your account before your renewal date.
1.2 Charges and Refunds
If you do not skip or cancel before renewal and your payment is processed, we are unable to issue a refund. Your order will still be fulfilled and dispatched as scheduled.
1.3 Missed Payments & Repeated Skips
If payments fail or if you repeatedly skip (e.g., two boxes in a row), we may cancel your subscription without prior notice to ensure fairness and availability for all subscribers.
1.4 Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription, please note that this is permanent. We cannot guarantee your place will be held, and rejoining may require joining a waitlist if spaces are full.
2. Payment and Pricing
2.1 Pricing
All prices are listed exclusive of VAT.
2.2 Renewals
Subscription renewals are automatically billed on the 15th of every other month. Billing dates may change, and we’ll notify you in advance if this occurs.
2.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your subscription may be paused until resolved. Multiple failed payments may result in cancellation at our discretion.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct and up to date. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or outdated address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
3.2 Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch subscription boxes toward the end of every other month. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to suppliers or courier services. Refunds will not be issued for delays, but we will always keep you updated.
3.3 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their local authorities.
Red Flags and Roses is not registered for the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop). This means EU and international orders may be subject to VAT and customs charges upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are outside our control. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.
3.4 Returns Due to Address Errors or Non-Collection
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout or at the time of subscription renewal. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, refunds will not be issued.
In some cases, we may resend the parcel once returned to us, but this will be at the customer’s expense, including any additional shipping costs. If the parcel is not returned (for example, lost in transit back from the courier), we are unable to offer a resend or refund.
