Red Flags and Roses Shipping Policy

We want to make sure your Red Flags and Roses box reaches you as smoothly as possible. Please take a moment to read our shipping guidelines for both UK and international customers.

📦 UK Shipping

Processing & Dispatch

  • Subscription boxes are dispatched toward the end of every other month (bi-monthly).

  • One-time orders and special items may have different dispatch times, which will be stated on the product page.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

  • Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from the dispatch date.
  • Please allow for seasonal delays (e.g., holidays or Royal Mail strikes). We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Delivery Address

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout or saved to your subscription account.

  • Please make sure your delivery details are accurate and up to date before your renewal date.

  • If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or outdated address, you may be charged an additional fee for reshipping.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

  • If your box has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

  • Refunds will not be issued for courier delays outside our control.

🌍 International Shipping

We’re delighted to ship Red Flags and Roses internationally, but please be aware of the following:

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Red Flags and Roses is not registered for the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop).

  • For EU and international customers, local VAT, customs duties, and handling fees may apply upon delivery.

  • These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We cannot predict or control these costs, nor are they included in the price you pay at checkout.

  • If you refuse to pay customs charges and your parcel is returned to us, we may not be able to resend your order. If resending is possible, you will be responsible for covering additional shipping costs.

Non-Delivery or Non-Collection

  • If your parcel is returned to us because:

    • the address provided was incorrect,

    • the parcel was not collected from customs, or

    • delivery was refused,
      we are unable to provide a refund.

  • In some cases, we may be able to resend the parcel once it is returned to us, but all additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

  • If the parcel is not returned (e.g., lost in transit back from customs), we cannot offer a resend or refund.

🚚 General Information

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location.

  • We do our best to keep shipping prices fair and transparent.

  • Any significant changes to our shipping policy (e.g., courier changes or cost increases) will be communicated to subscribers in advance.
